Virtual Private Training
Train from anywhere!
$40 / 30 min - recommended for kids 8 and under.
$60 / 45 min - recommended for anyone 8 and older.
$80 / 60 min - recommended for skaters who want stretching and recovery included in their lesson.

Custom Warm Up & Cool Down
Warm up and cool down routines that are designed to prevent injuries and maximize your time on the ice.
$350
2 virtual personal training sessions (45 min each)
1 customized warm up & cool down routine
A video of your warm up and cool down routine for your reference
This includes two 45 min personal training sessions. The first session is an assessment where I will evaluate your strength and skill level. During the 2nd session we’ll go over your custom warm up & cool down routine. We’ll make sure you’re performing the movements with the correct form. When the routines are finalized, I’ll record a video for your reference.
